About 5 years ago my doctor told me I had extremely high cholesterol levels and I should take drugs for it. I asked can't I try diet and exercise first? She said OK. Over the following two years I lost more than 30 pounds to just touch the upper end of the normal BMI range for my height using techniques similar to those propounded here.

Well after reading what Bones has written about continuing improvement in health when reducing from a 'normal' BMI of 25 down to the ideal BMI of 22 I feel I need to reduce more until I meet that goal. So that is my goal!
