introducing myself

Hi everyone. My name is Judith; I'm a retired teacher and grandmother. Is this where I state my goal? My ultimate goal is to get my waist down from 39 to 35 and to lose 15 lbs. My immediate goal is a process: to incorporate better habits of food and exercise into my life. I have already started on walking regularly; now I need to face up to various bad food habits; but I will take Diet Inn's advice and start with something little: I will not eat sweet things in the evenings, after I have finished supper.
