Diet Inn: Small changes you can make

Do you like the idea of Diet Inn but were wondering what changes you can make to your diet? I'll start a list here. I will also start an exercise list in the exercise category (http://dietinn.com/forum/diet-inn-small-changes-you-can-make-0). Everybody is welcome to add their successful changes.
- No more midnight snacks. Never eat anything in the middle of the night. You don't need the calories. Eating disrupts your sleep. If you wake up hungry and feel you must have something drink a glass of water.
