Seafood Paella

Don't get enough fish? This is a marvelous dish that, depending on which ingredients you use, is either excellent or incredibly superb.
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs mild white fish such as sole
2 cups rice
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
olive oil
saffron
paprika
salt
pepper
Cut the tomatoes into thick slices or wedges, put in a bowl, add olive oil to coat, and grind in some salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
Preheat oven to 450.
Clean the fish and cut into largish bite sized pieces.
