How will you increase your activity level? In addition to helping you lose weight exercise improves your health in many ways!

* I really will work out regularly at my gym or club.
* I will start a daily walk (or bike ride) or increase my normal walk.
* Add some calisthenics and/or stretches to my daily routine.
* I will do all those little suggestions like parking farther away, choosing the stairs and wiggling my toes when sitting.
* I'm not sure but I want to see the results.
