healthy hummus

1 can garbanzo beans drained
2 garlic cloves
Tofu (as much as you want) I use about 1/2 cup
2T lemon juice
3T tahini or you can toast sesame seeds (2T) and add sesame or peanut oil (1T)
1tsp. cumin
dried pepper flakes to taste
parsley
salt if you wish

Whirl in food processor til smooth as butter
