1 cup milk
1/4 tsp turmeric
OR a pinch each of anise seeds, ground allspice, and ground cardamom

Just heat the milk and stir in the spices. Without any sugar, you get a comforting tasty drink that will help you to get a good sleep. Believe it or not, the turmeric gives the milk a sweet taste.
